What you get

Four ways to train here

Leap isn't a class factory or a warehouse of treadmills. It's a small building with serious equipment and someone who knows your name.

01

24/7 open gym

Your own key fob. Full free-weight floor, racks, machines, and cardio available every hour of every day — including the ones nobody else wants.

Included in every plan
02

1‑on‑1 training

Sessions with Josh, who studied Exercise Science at IUP and has been coaching this floor since he bought it. Programming built around your injuries, not a template.

By appointment
03

The Ride Room

Third floor. Fifteen bikes, spaced wide. Lights down, music up — a 45-minute ride that feels closer to a night out than a workout.

Third floor · 15 bikes
04

Weight-loss coaching

Josh's specialty. Structured check-ins, honest numbers, and a plan you can actually hold on a normal week in the Valley.

Four rooms, no queue

  • No initiation fee and no annual "maintenance" charge. What you see is the whole number.
  • Military & first responder: 10% off any plan with ID.
  • Freeze up to 2 months a year for medical or deployment reasons at no charge.

Who's here

The people on the floor

Leap is small enough that you will know everyone's name by the second week. Josh bought the place in 2015 and still coaches most days.

Support your local gym! 24/7 basement gym. Doesn't get much better than that when you're just looking to throw some weight around.

Josh is professional, educational, and personable. My stamina has increased, my balance is better and I feel so much stronger.

Nice owner and fair prices — and I appreciate the military discount and all the different machines.
